1. onboarding
The Blue Belt program consists of four parts. Below, you’ll see them laid out in a timeline. If you click on the phases, you’ll see a clear overview of what we go through in each stage and how it’s designed to move you forward. Keep in mind that the timeline can vary depending on how fast a member progresses, but on average this is the structure we use to get results.

1. onboarding

On the accountability side, we’ll set up your personal track record sheet and walk you through it. This is where you track your progress, numbers, and results so your admin and finances stay on point.

We’ll also map out a clear roadmap based on your goals. Where do you want to be business-wise in the next few months?
This is where everything starts. In this phase, you’ll meet your coaches (business & accountability), get familiar with the community, introduce yourself to other members, and go through the fundamentals of e-commerce.

After that, we set up the basics so you can get off to a solid start. Think of setting up your Shopify and Meta accounts, applying for a business bank account, buying your domain, and getting in touch with suppliers. All members get access to the supplier Arthur and Thomas have been working with for over six years.

2. Building

On the accountability side, we make sure you stay on track with your tasks and find a balance between your current life and building your business.

In the beginning, this will be new. That’s why you’ll have a coach who helps you structure your time and keeps you on track.
This phase usually starts around week 2 and is all about building.

We’ll build your Shopify store, find products together, create high-converting product pages, set up your ads, create creatives, and get your customer support in place.

3. analyzing / optimizing

On the accountability side, the focus shifts more towards your finances. You’ll be running ads and making sales, so it’s key to understand if you’re actually profitable. The only way to do that is by tracking your numbers properly, with our guidance.
We’re live. Your webshop is up and running, and your first products are being tested.

This is where it gets interesting, as we start working with real data. We’ll go into metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS. This is where you learn how to find winning products and create ads and creatives that actually convert.

4. Scaling

On the accountability side, we keep focusing on your finances, time management, and customer support. By now, your store is live, so customer questions will start coming in.

We’ll show you how to handle this and, when you’re ready, how to hire your first team member, like a customer support agent who takes over part of your workload. From hiring to onboarding, we guide you through the full process.
This is where it starts to get really fun. Scaling means you understand your data and know what to adjust to improve performance.

Once an ad is performing consistently and a product keeps selling over time, it’s time to scale by increasing your ad budget and making more revenue. But revenue doesn’t say anything. At Business Belts everything is about profit. We don’t teach you how to scale, we teach you how to scale profitably.
